Abstract

A new conceptual approach was considered to be important, designing an individual oriented behavioural model. The situational approach is supposed to contain such elements which promise a high utility for policy making. In depicts behaviour in its dependency upon structural factors in a model subjective ones too- and it allows for estimating behavioural changes when external conditions are altered. By way of that the method contains a great explanatory power.
