Abstract

Testing and setting of priorities for countermeasures to solve traffic congestions is an attractive method. However, the method is only justified if all descriptive aspects are available for the relationship and mutual interactions between the causeand the problem. The available models to forecast traffic and transport are a good starting point for application of modules, which describe forecasted traffic intensities.
