Abstract
A manual is introduced for personnel at the Central Post for Ambulance transport (CPA). Most witnesses of an accident calling the police and ambulance are too nervous and do not give real and good information of the location and severity of the accident. Recommendations are presented for CPA personnel to direct the telephone calls in such a way that the optimum of information is given in short notice.
