Abstract
A feasibility study of the tracking technique has been carried out with respect to bicycle travel. The technique has been operationalised and evaluated on the basis of an extensive pilot study. Important data items to be gathered were chosen routes, travel times, number of stops and offences. This paper presents the major findings of this study; emphasis is on finding regarding possibilities for practical applications.
