Abstract

General remarks on the regulations refer to the fact that when driving and technical criteria as well as the criteria for visibility were determined, it was not taken into account that real speeds are far greater than those which serve for the determination of alignment elements. A supplement to the regulations on the gradual change of the estimated speed is suggested.
