Abstract

This paper presents the experiences of Santiago de Chile in preparing the Marketing Plan for a broad Multilane Free Flow implementation. The paper describes generalities about the project and the background of the consultancy work. The challenge of targeting frequent and non-frequent segments of users is analyzed. Finally, the paper explained the recommended solution, combining tag-based, prepaid card and video tolling as ETC products.
