Abstract
31 Patients suffering of a myocardial infarction while driving a vehicle were researched. In 10 cases the occurrence of the infarction has caused an accident. The Myocardial infarction behind the steering wheel, as cause of an accident cannot be made from autopsy alone, while it is suggested that such infarction can be provoked by the stress of the coronary arteries have suffered precious damage.
