Abstract

All the authors have done an excellent job in presenting their Design Criteria for planning suburban shopping centers. Each of them, of course, reflects the condition that exists in his country. These conditions naturally vary from place to place, and thus the criteria that they suggest. But since there is a great deal of comparability in conditions throughout the world, it is not surprising to find that there is a high degree of similarity in their theory and the criteria they suggest. In line with Mr. Peak's paper.
