Abstract

The research work considers the above-average accident risks involving `small-light-fast-vehicles' (SLFVs), indicates a definition of this class of vehicle, and their specific accident involvement. Results highlight the particular driver/vehicle relationship and accident-causing factors involving a lack of control of this type of vehicle which are likely to require skills not previously acquired.
