Abstract

Determinants of leisure mobility. Participation in outdoor activities and leisure travel is determined by various factors. Most important are the spatial distribution of leisure facilities, the amount of time, money, mobility and information needed to visit those facilities, and the personal preferences and needs of leisure participants. This paper gives an overview of these determinants of leisure mobility. (Author/publisher)
