Abstract

The work discussed in this report was concerned with the development of a "Driver Decision Questionnaire" which utilizes paper and pencil analogues of intersection and overtaking decision problems to identify driver cognitive stereotypes. A trial administration of this questionnaire has shown significant discrimination of cognitive responses on all of these dimensions except centreline marking.
