Abstract

This paper summarizes preliminary results obtained from a study performed to develop driver population adjustment factors. The study efforts summarized in this paper were to assess the impacts of non-local driver population on freeway capacity and develop a procedure to quantify the driver population adjustment factors. Results presented in this paper are based on data collected from Orlando, Florida. (A)
