Abstract
An improvement of the Annual Highway Safety Work Program of Virginia is further refined so that local commissions and stat agencies are not asked to generate much of the problem identification data; the necessary information is provided them. These data should aid them in identifying problem areas needing attention. Automating various parts of the retrieval, assimilation, and dissemination stages is recommended
