Abstract

This working paper describes the development of revised incident parameters for INCA, based on the incident data collected between December 2002 and November 2003 for the Perry Barr police control centre in the West Midlands. This data covers most motorways in the West Midlands Region. It therefore represents a mix of inter-urban and peri-urban motorways. (Author/publisher)
