Abstract
The author reports, that in the German Dem6cratic llepublic acommon alcohol-prohibition for every car driver is in forceythe infringement of which is the cause of a punishment byreason of an irregularity. If by the drinking of alcohol thequalification for driving is injured considerably, thenpenal measures will be taken, if by the deed at the same timehas been caused a common danger of other man. Such a consider-able injure of the qualification for driving is in hand, if aconcentration of blood-alcohol of 1,Oio/oo is either reachedor passed.
