Abstract

Advice is given by the English Consumer Organization on the use of alcohol and driving. Many people are unaware that they are increasing their chances of an accident even when they are well below the legal limit. How the drinking and driving problem can be tackled is discussed. The advice is: do not drink and drive. Do not buy a personal breathalyser. Tests have shown that they can be inaccurate.
