Abstract

In this paper three questions will be examined: 1 - What are some of the possible methode for characterizing drivers and pedestrians who are involved in traffic accidents after drinking? 2 - Is there a logical explanation for the frequently observed greater severity of alcohol-related accidents? 3 - What are the program implications of these questions?
