Abstract
In North Carolina, a Governor's Task Force on Drunken Drivers was appointed to hold public hearings on the Governor's Crime Commission proposals and to draft a legislative package. The Task Force proposals are discussed. The history of the drinking driving problem is elaborated and possible reforms are suggested.
