Abstract
This publication is designed to provide factual information that will assist educators, public officials and others in authority to make sound decisions regarding driver education in their respective areas. It is hoped that this information briefly presented will prevent ill-advised decisions that would otherwise be made by sincere people because of a lack of complete and accurate information.
