Abstract

Drivers' eye movement amplitude and fixation duration are studied in 4 simulated traffic flow conditions. Of major interest is the possible correlation between eye movement data and drivers' attention demands. This correlation is based on an uncertainty theoretical model which provides a quantitative approach for evaluating drivers/attention in various traffic flow conditions.
