Abstract

This report describes a historical overview of the Common Transport Police of the European Union and briefs its related issues. The report then proceeds with a summary of directly and indirectly related Articles of the Common Transport Policy. The report's theoretical analysis is followed by a more practical view on an European Common Transport Policy, in the form of three interviews. Finally, recommendations are made and action that can be taken, presented, regarding the annulment of driving bans.
