Abstract

The public transportation system at a primary level of analysis is readily divisible into three district but interacting subsystems: 1) the motor vehicle; 2) the highway traffic environment within the vehicle is driven; 3) the operator whose job is to interface the vehicle with the relevant environment. This paper attempts to provide a brief analysis of the last that is the driver.
