Abstract

Research is conducted to determine the differences between people who drive while disqualified from driving and disqualified drivers who do not drive again in regard to different parameters. It is concluded that disqualification is best used as a means of keeping drivers who are a potential danger of the road or of punishing drivers who do drive while disqualified. It is least useful as a penalty for drivers whose abilities are not in question.
