Abstract

It is determined that car use may have been stabilized in the Netherlands. In the Dutch province of Utrecht the number of non-residents increased remarkably. The European Commission (EC) considered a great damage because of congestion. The future plans for the year 2030 expect an increase in car traffic. The use of parking space for the car system has received insufficient attention. A system is introduced to get the traffic and transport system financed by a compensation per ride of each car. That system can beused to a more accurate regulation at place and time of the use of roads. That will contribute to a more righteous society. (A)
