Abstract
This report provides a detailed description of a lecture, presented at the "De nieuwe normmens" Working Conference. The report deals further with the "normmens" and 'sustainably safe' concepts, and with the relationship between them. This relationship is mainly concerned with the infrastructure layout and traffic regulations.
