Abstract

This final report on the Dutch `DVM 2000' project is the second step towards developing an operational, dynamic traffic management policy. In the report, aspects are dealt with that are important in ensuring that all tasks in the traffic management centre are ultimately performed effectively. The report mainly focuses on the development of measures, means and organisational aspects in order to realise this goal. For the abstract of the first part see C 12941 (IRRD E201375).
