Abstract

This final report on the Dutch `DVM 2000' project is the first step towards developing an operational, dynamic traffic management policy. It sets out the leeway and possibilities for active regulation from the traffic centre, and contains the guidelines for utilising traffic management measures from this centre. The document serves to place the operational tasks of the traffic centre within a policy framework. (A)
