Abstract

This final report consolidates information gleaned from four previously released, comprehensive reports that clearly delineated problems at all phases in the criminal DWI system and focused in detail on how to stop what is a revolving door for hard core repeat offenders. Its purpose is to highlight the most significant improvements that can be made in the criminal justice system to address the drunk driving problem and to facilitate action. (Author/publisher)
