Abstract

The maximalisation of the substitution function of the collective public transport makes the realisation of an integral quality management necessary. Therefore, the process management, the operational control and the information from the passengers are the main motives. This report presents the necessity, the starting points, the possibilities and the needed primairy aids and appliances. (A)
