Abstract
Thinking over and considering on traffic safety take place from different conceptual frameworks and according to different, not always effective, methods. These conceptual frameworks and methods are set here in an historical perspective and lead in this way to the dynamic system approach of traffic safety. This dynamic system approach can be a joint decision process for an integral control of traffic safety, but more future developments in research has to be made.
