Abstract

In recent years, it has been noted that there is an increase in the number of traffic accidents. This is a great burden for the Venezuelan nation, taking into account the economic situation of the country, since in one way or another the different work forces in society, such as social, medical, judicial and economic, will be affected. It is necessary that those organizations involved in the area of traffic actively seek corrective measures that combat this problem of modern life; especially in the traffic engineering departments of the various universities in the country, which prepare these professionals. The College of Civil Engineering of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Carabobo has taken the initiative of confronting this problem through graduate studies with their students. This paper contains useful and necessary programming, directed to teaching institutions. The author's objectives are presented in a clear and simple manner and graphically illustrated to help the teacher implement these goals; meant to be diffused from education levels in a diversified and professional manner, since th author's consider that a coordinated action on behalf of the engineers and educators can significantly reduce this problem.
