Abstract

The paper aims to present a model for evaluation alternative projects with spatial consequences. The model called- EVAP- has been based on two sets of information (1) a set of outcomes of the alternative projects; and (2) a set of (non-linear) priorities. The key element of EVAP is the testing of all possible preference rankings of alternatives against the two sets of information.
