Abstract
A relatively simple parking reference system was developed for Maastricht, consisting of a parking route along the major downtown parking facilities, plus signs near the individual garages etc., indicating whether there are parking places available. These signs show the name of the parking facility together with a matrix displaying "free" of "full".
