Abstract

For research to the human behaviour in the steering of ships and road vehicles a construction for dynamic simulation is in development. This construction can be seen as an important extension of the present equipment, which is fitted for field studies and experiments in static simulation. The main advantages for the execution of experiments with a simulator is that a systematic variation of influence parameters is possible, by which experimental conditions can be fully controlled.
