Abstract

The present research, through variable identification, statistical procedures and design-imposed controls is an attempt to establish a casual relationship between any identified changes in alcohol related crash experiences of young drivers and the lower legal drinking ages. Particular attention has been given to the problems of research design, measurement, and analytic technique.
