Abstract

This fourth report to the 92d Congress contains findings, recommendations and discussions on occupant restraint systems and school bus body construction standards. The appendixes present: (A) Federal motor vehicle safety standards on passive occupant restraint protection; (B) National Transportation Safety Board-special study on school bus body construction. Finally some dissenting and individual views presented.
