Abstract

This report attempts to determine the program's successes in reducing recidivism (repeat offences) rates of the target populations of convicted DUII offenders participating in the ignition interlock program. A description of the ignition interlock pilot program is given. A short review of interlock research in other states is presented. This is followed by a description of research methods, a presentation of results, and a short discussion of those results.
