Effects of different methods of traffic education on children in their first year of school.

Abstract

One test class and two control classes were subjected to different teaching method. Apart from verbal classroom instruction, the test class was additionally subjected to exercising active participation in traffic while the traffic education in the control classes followed conventional lines. The results of the methods are presented and educational aims for primary schools are suggested.
