Abstract

The increased usage of the private automobile for transportation requires more access and parking spaces for employment and commercial center, and selecting the proper "design hour" is difficult in many instances. Programs to decrease private automobile use are: car pooling, subscription buses, commute-a-van and staggered working hours.
