Abstract

About 6% to 8% of businesses in The Netherlands move to a different location every year. These relocations affect between 58,000 and 180,00 employees. This chapter discusses results of a survey of two relocated firms and the subsequent application of these results to a scenario study that evaluated the effects of larger scale office relocations to areas having good public transit access.
