Abstract

The effect of BUSPIRONE on performance were compared to those of DIAZEPAM and LORAZEPAM in real traffic conditions. The most revealing driving parameter was the standard deviation of lateral position. BUSPIRONE and DIAZEPAM show not seriously impaired driving performance, but treatment with LORAZEPAM showed an elevation of the standard deviation of the lateral position.
