Abstract

The report presents an effect-study of the campaign "The disadvantaged road-users". The campaign was conducted by sending out a brochure attached to motoring magazines. Interviews showed that the brochure reached 1/3 of Norwegian households, but only 11% of the population above fourteen years had read it. The reader group had somewhat better knowledge of the campaign message than had a non-reader group.
