Abstract

Transportation improvements to support the continued growth and vitality of the Central Business District is often promoted. However, these plans often fail to address trucking problems. A proposed CBD underground truck terminal will provide only partial solutions. In the near future it will be necessary to continue use of curb space as a primary source of loading space supply.
