Abstract
Underpanels on traffic signs can be used to give further explanation of the sign or to decrease the effect of the prohibition or command. The Dutch traffic regulations contain the possibility to use such underpanels. In this report specifications for such panels, to get the wanted uniformity, national as international, are presented. The main conclusion is that for the panels a special appendix of the Traffic Regulations should be made.
