Abstract
The probability of injury or death occurrence due to accidents is determined. The theory was based by establishing coefficients for drivers, vehicles, road, climate conditions, visibility etc. & practically for all factors which are likely to influence traffic safety. By multiplying all coefficients involved figures are obtained expressing the increase of risk and reduction of kilometer-travel without accident.
