Abstract
By the application of an aerodynamic drag on the roof of a tractor-trailer combination it is possible to decrease the air-resistance and therefore a decrease in fuel consumption if (1) the vehicle has a high sharp-countered design; (2) the vehicle drives with high speed; and (3) the vehicle drives with the same speed with or without the drag.
