(A) ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: Drinking alcohol and riding a motorcycle often go together. This paper examines a sample of 1700 German motorcyclists concerning their attitudes related to motorcycle riding after the consumption of alcohol. 50 percent of the male and 25 percent of the female respondents ride a motorcycle after drinking alcohol. Legal BAC-limits are respected by most of the respondents. For male riders a relation between a rough riding style and an attitude of riding after alcohol consumption is revealed demonstrated.
