Abstract

This report contains the results of a Dutch study for the benefit of answering the policy question concerning elementary conditions (knowledge and skills) for safe traffic participation by young people. Experts' opinions about traffic education in secondary education were gathered by using questionnaires. See also IRRD E201654 and E201656.
