Abstract
In Enschede a substantial redevelopment program is implemented. Stimulating national government programs made it possible to realize a busstation, a police office, a parking garage and housing. The zoning plan City Centre additionally made other structural improvements possible such as the improvement of the shopping and traffic structure.
