TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board, No. 2158 includes 18 papers that explore environmental analysis in transportation, cumulative effects analysis of long-range transportation plans, diesel vehicle emission factors for short road segments, transportation and land use policy effects on air quality, bus technology meta-analysis, modal emissions and traffic simulation models, portable emission measurement systems, air quality simulation, and emissions of nonroad diesel construction equipment.
